CONSTITUTION

Whilst having no formal legal status, the Council has a formal constitution agreed by all its supporting organisations. 
It was approved by the group on 6th September 2006.

The Constitution includes the following matters:

• Objectives
• Membership criteria
• Code of Behaviour for Council members 
• Voting Rights
• Government & Administration
• Accounting & Auditing
• Annual General Meeting
• Disciplinary Procedures
• Alterations to the Constitution
• Dissolution  

 

A hard copy is available for anyone who wishes to study the document in detail. Hard copies will be available at the AGM, along with other policy drafts and documents.
